If you are on a major line between 5-6 (ie bus packed with people leaving the university), there might be an issue, but 90% of the time there won't be a problem.
I'm not sure about CH, but in Durham, strollers are required to be folded and out of the aisle for safety (usually under the seat, leaning up against the window seat, or between legs). Most bus passengers tend to use umbrella style strollers for easy use. The bigger ones are a much bigger hassle.
