Need recommendation for reasonable Divorce Attorney- simple Equitable Distribution (Raleigh: real estate, lawyer)

I need a recommendation for a reasonable ($) divorce attorney for a simple Equitable Distribution. We were divorced a couple years ago, but left the division of property (house) to be resolved, would now like to get that done, either by ex-spouse buying me out, or selling the house. Dont need to spends lots of $ on an attorney to fight over every TV etc, just to get the house issue resolved. Can anyone recommend one in North Raleigh area? Thanks

Plus, the site you describe is for the process of divorce itself, not so much for equitable distribution.

OP, I wonder if you might need more of a real estate attorney? I'm not sure. We always felt good about our interactions with the lawyers at Ragsdale Liggett.
