How to search for lots (Raleigh: real estate, houses, school)

I was wondering if you guys know a good site to search triangle MLS for land. I tried the regular fmrealty and hpw sites but couldn't figure out how to search land instead of houses. I don't like realtor.com because i want to search by school or county. I've been looking lately at 1 acre lots in Orange or Alamace counties.

You can use hpw. Under "Property Type" choos Land.

On the FMRealty site, choose the red "Property Search" button toward the top of the page, then once on the Property Search page, look to the far right, and you'll see "Land and Lots." Click on that and add your parameters.
