The Cape Cod that was bought is in Arlington Hills.
For once I picked the right one.
Great location.

The show is about 2 years old.

I think the other single family is in Bedford @ Falls River.

The condo? No idea.

The condo is in Brier Creek, they said. Possibly the Greenbrier Collection (my guess) - Toll Brothers - Oakhill Description (http://www.tollbrothers.com/homesearch/servlet/HomeSearch?app=model_description&plan_id=29986 - broken link)

The 3rd house looks like Falls River or Bedford at Falls River. Thought she was going to choose that one. I preferred the Cape Cod and thought she made the right choice.

The condo I was curious about! I was hoping the lake and highway in the background would clue me in! 540?

Looked like typical Toll Bros. stock to me. A condo that small, with dues in excess of $200/ month, at $280K... head to the Toll website and you'll find it somewhere. I thought it didn't seem like a very good deal at all.

The purchased house is in Arlington Hills off of Lead Mine in North Raleigh.

The Condo is in Brier Creek on Rosegate. The funny thing is that those same condos that were going for the upper $200's when this was filmed are going for the low $200s and sometimes lower than that now. Brier Creek is one of the areas that is an exception to the rule the agent talked about when she said we don't have the big prices swings. Brier Creek was double digit appreciation for years so they have been going through some of the biggest price drops lately.

The third home is in Bedford at Falls River on Connally. It eventually sold in Dec 2008.
