Comments on Riverside and Addison Reserve Sub-Divisions (HOA, crime)

Looking for info, comments, experiences for either of these Subs. Doing some Townhouse hunting and would like reputation info , etc.

hi, we live in a house at the back of riverside. It's quiet and has nice facilities. Pool had some chemical issues earlier this year, but they are sorting that out after the HOA bought some super expensive automated chemical system. There is an active community watch and crime seems to be low. One nice thing about living in Riverside is that is close to everything, wake forest, triangle town mall, 540.

Is there anything in practicular you would want to know?
