Who is the daughter in Fred Anderson's Toyota commercials?
It's been driving me crazy.

?? I don't know if that's his daughter. That guy is the son I think and the girl identifies herself as Margaret. I haven't heard her introduce herself in the more recent commercials though. Completely random I paid attention to that though.

The son really is the son, but the girl is acting the role according to some people I know who used to work there. No idea who she is though.

I am fascinated by how much she moves/twitches while doing the commercial. If she's a hired actor and not family, I am shocked she has a job

Yes, the son is really Fred Anderson's son (we're reated, but not close enough for me to reap any benefit) and the "daughter" is a hired actress.

why have a family pretence if she isn't family? say's something about the business and their ethics when they go to such lengths to sell cars

Maybe they really have a daughter, but she didn't want to be on TV? I never really thought that the actors on a TV commercial mattered - do customers portrayed have to be real customers? Any cute little kids have to really be the owner's kids? Not that I would pick where to buy a car based on TV advertising anyhow... |
