Does anyone know of any places where I could park a commercial trailer? I've seen lots of trailers parked in peoples homes around the strickland road area. Or is there a storage place that I could park it with water access?(access to a water hose to fill up the water tank every morning) I'm looking to live in the Raleigh or cary area.

The main thing that will prevent you from parking a commercial trailer is the restrictive covenants of a neighborhood. Not allowing commercial vehicles is a common restriction. You might consider looking for a place that is outside a subdivision, or a subdivision that is older and has expired covenants.

We had a four-foot-high mound of fertilizer and a commercial-size Dumpster in the backyard visible from the street for a couple months at our house where we used to live in Johnston County. Nobody said anything, so I guess this was the case.
