My wife and I really tried to buy into this neighborhood, but we got outbid on a house. Unfortunately, this sale bumped the "going rate" for this neighborhood, and everone since then has listed their house for much higher than we could afford. We ended up buying a house about 2 or 3 miles farther east.
We liked White Hart for a few reasons. It was a medium sized subdivision with about the same number of houses as our previous subdivision, but the yards were 3-4 times bigger. Many of the houses were on heavily wooded lots. They also had a modest pool, and a few ponds throughout the neighborhood. There seemed to be plenty of children.
We walked the neighborhood a few times, and toured at least 3 of the homes for sale. We also had another 3 or 4 on our list of "possibilities".
