I am visiting the Triangle over the next week and would like to tour some open homes. I haven't had much luck finding open home listings on the web.

Can someone suggest where I might look for open home listings?

I am interested in looking for homes in the $200k - $300k range in North/Northwest Raleigh, Southeast Durham and in Cary. I am open to suggestions regarding other neighborhoods in this price range.

Thanks.

Look for a list of new construction neighborhoods. Many of them have model homes.

With a possible storm on the horizon, and the Labor Day weekend, it is probable that there will not be a lot of open houses for several days.
New construction is a good bet.

Some Real Estate companies have a list of Open Houses on their website. If the local real estate companies have an ad for Saturday in the local newspaper, The News and Observer, there is usually a list of Open Houses.

In addition to the real estate websites and the N&O, I use Craigslist (Real Estate for Sale) and put "Open House" in the search box.

I looked at 3/4 local realty links to find open houses. I will DM them to you once I get home
