I have posted previously about fertilizer company requests, but this one is very specific. Anyone out there use Weed Man for their Bermuda grass lawn? I would like to use these people but don't know how well they do with my specific type of grass....if anyone out there can help, much appreciated!

I use weedman and Bermuda grass. They have been ok, they use the right treatments for bermuda at the right times.

Really you are just paying to have someone come treat your lawn, not really any advice or care for it outside that.

Thanks. I do know that I am only asking them to come and treat the lawn. But I was interested in knowing how their follow up service is in the event that problems are observed with the lawn and also if people have seen an improvement (or at least maintained appearance) of the lawn. Also, how easily accessible customer service personnel are to respond to concerns/issues.

Our yard improved - they got rid of the wild onions (even though they are considered difficult to control or uncontrollable, and weedman doesn't guarantee they'll disappear - but ours did); and they will come in between treatments to spot-treat weeds if you want. Our guys are always friendly, and I've had no customer service issues. But I think each office is a franchise, so there may be variation.
