I noticed in a gas station there was a lot of Pittsburgh Steelers memorabilia. My girlfriend is psycho about the Steelers and we're moving here. I'd like to know some good places to go to watch the games. I also believe Bill Cowher lives in the area. Where exactly does he live?

Why, are you a stalker?

He lives 9 minutes from my house in North Raleigh. His house is valued at $1.9 million.

Mine isn't.

I won't mention their name but I frequent and respected poster on here did the inspection on his home and shared some of the pictures with me. Awesome. This is Panther country with a lot of San Diego fans because of Philip Rivers. At least in my necks of the woods there are a lot of Steeler transplant fans from more than just Pennsylvania. That includes me.

Go to Sammy's near NC State. They broadcast Steelers games on Sundays. Also, check Meetup.com for the Triangle Steelers group.

BTW, my husband and I are Steelers fans too...from Western PA.

Plenty of us Steeler fans here! When they play the Panthers, the stadium is BLACK and GOLD!

It's not a "big" Steelers city, but I'm sure you will find fans of every team here. College sports are bigger here than pro sports, but since we do have the Carolina Panthers in NC, that's going to be most people's home-town favorite.

There are Steelers fans all over the place here. Drive around and people have Steelers stuff on their cars. I see it almost every day.

Go to Sammy's at NC State or Oh' Mulligans in Morrisville (both Steeler bars) for the games.

Thx T! I was being a smart alec Re: inspector, I think I know who you mean. Was serious about the Cowher guy but googled him, now know. Seems he went to state. God bless him, he recently lost his wife. Such a shame.

So his house looks similar to yours?
