We had an issue while trying to get AT&T installed... long story short our order didn't get processed completely when we went through the website (which is how we got more rebates etc). I talked to 3 different reps to get it all sorted out, and they were incredibly helpful. I didn't get any attitude from them and they were intelligent. It also sounded like their call center was based in the States. They seemed happy, polite, and respectful - which is way more than I've gotten when dealing with TWC reps.
SO - while we had some issues, the help we got to resolve them was pretty good.
