Default Golf Courses Housing Areas in Raleigh-Durham Area

Does anyone know of some nice Golf Course Homes (I don't care if they are part of the golf course or not), in the Raleigh-Durham area? I am looking in the price range of 200-225K which should have 3 beds, 2 bath, 2 car garage and about 1700-2000 sq. ft.

Any input for this and other areas in North Carolina would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

NC has GREAT golf homes and cheap! Garner area has a golf community called Eagle Ridge where you could easily afford a house. Holly Springs has Sunset Ridge, lowest price house is $289,000 but the townhomes are nice too and good sized. Clayton has the most affordable golf housing by far- if you don't mind the drive. There are three golf communities there Riverwood, Lions Gate, and also (my fave) Glen Laurel. Riverwood also has an athletic club, and Glen Laurel has really beautiful homes.

Good luck. We have done a LOT of house hunting south of the city on golf property so feel free to ask any questions
