I have a friend that lives in Durham. She wants to purchase a home in a neighborhood called Ridgefield, which is in East Durham. I don't know much about East Durham. The neighborhood seems to be quite nice and the homes are very well priced.
There is vacant land that some of the homes back up to. It appears that the land fronts Fletchers Chapel Road.
Does anyone know anything about this neighborhood?
Does anyone know of any plans to build anything on Fletchers Chapel Road that may impact this neighborhood?
