Hey y'all!

I feel silly for even needing to ask this question after living in the Triangle most of my life, but does anyone have any good recommendations for apartments near downtown? Anywhere in the Boylan Heights/Five Points/Oberlin & Wade/Cameron Village area would be great. I grew up in Apex and went to school in Chapel Hill and am now looking to move to Raleigh. I realize I thought I knew everything about this city, but don't really know where to begin looking for apartments in this part of town!

I'd like to stay under $700 for a 1 BR, and I'm open to an older building or houses that have been converted to apartments etc. Safety is the major factor for me, as a young female living alone.

If y'all have any suggestions of complexes to look at or good resources for finding rentals in this area, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!
Kristen
