We got boo'ed about two weeks ago and have seen a handful of other houses boo'ed since then. That was earlier than in past years. It is not as widespread as previous years at this point.

I Google'd it. It involves buying little gifts and anonymously leaving them for your neighbor.

I think the best thing about Halloween is you don't have to buy gifts! This "new tradition" ruins it!

"Booing" is something that is fun for kids and adults, if they are into halloween. To boo somebody is to put a sheet of paper on somebody's door and telling them to boo somebody else. A lot of times people will add a little halloween story with the boo, and even some candy. This is a very brief explanation, it's hard to explain with words. I'm sure you could find a more detailed explanation on google or something.
