hi,
i am looking for some awesome decorated halloween houses to show my kids. Does anyone have a house in their neighborhood or certain areas that are decorated. My subdivision isn't doing much. have been to bedford and they have some cool houses, but looking for more.

Agreed! There is an awesome house at East and Oakwood in the Historic Oakwood area, and many others as well! If you make it downtown, make sure you trick or treat at the Governor's Mansion. It is an experience! I think they are open between 6-8pm tonight.

Hagney Street/Swerling St. in Bedford at Falls River has several houses decorated, two majorly so.

Green Level West Rd. between NC 55 and I-540.

They are famous for their Christmas display but in the last couple of years have started putting up Halloween decorations too.
