Can anyone offer insight into the Brookstone subdivision in Cary? I know that the homes are built by Centex and they seem to be in a nice area.

Any comments on the subdivision itself? Good for families? How's the pool/recreation facilities? Is the HOA reasonable?

Thanks!

I can't answer of all of your questions but a friend of mine recently sold her home in Brookstone as she was downsizing and moving to a townhome. She really enjoyed living there. The homes are nice and it is a very family friendly neighborhood. It is in a great location - super easy access to Stone Creek Village shopping center, Beaver Creek in Apex and only 15-20 min to Southpoint Mall.

I live in Brookstone and it is nice. The homes are very cookie cutter but still nice. The school district is excellent! The pool is good and that’s where you will meet your neighbors!
