Hi, I'm going to get a computer today at the Circuit City that is NOT on Creedmore Rd. Online it says that their address is 3340 Cypress Plantation Dr., but no map I have lists that. Of course, I called them and while an electronic reading was given of the directions, it wasn't enough for me coming from Durham and presupposes that I know where the Old Plantation Inn is. Can anyone help me and tell me how to get there or maybe a better approximation of where it is? It should be in the Old Wake Forest Rd./Capital Dr. vicinity. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! I want to get there before the sale computers are gone!

It is by the new BJs basically on the corner of 540 and Capital. Just down from Triangle Towne Mall. Just across the street by Best Buy.

Thanks, I think that'll help. I looked up Best Buy which is on Capital Blvd, so actually I should be looking for CC on that road rather than Old Wake Forest I guess.

Thanks again!

No, you should be looking across Old Wake Forest rd. Believe me...you can't miss it. Find the BJs....it's next to the new Rio Bravos.

Has anyone else experienced customer service problems with that store? We had a major ordeal.

Wow! I'll have to add Circuit City to my boycott list. Wal-Mart has been on the list for a long time.

Hi all, just a quick heads-up that City-Data's terms of service now prohibit threads veering into complaints about individual companies or organizations, out of concern over defamation issues. This thread took a turn in that direction so I've taken out those messages. This is a recent change to the ToS of the site.

Just FYI...

I won't argue TOS, even if I don't agree with it, but I am going to ask why only my name was left up as "Dissatisfaction with business"?

I was not the one that posted the link, brought up the issue...only responded with a 'that's a harsh' comment. I get in enough trouble well on my own **lol** I don't need secondary issues being attributed to me as well!!
