Not to be a pain, but I've never heard of this city called Raleigh-Durham. I've heard of a town called Raleigh, and a town called Durham, but the only Raleigh-Durham I've ever heard of is an airport.
Raleigh and Durham are 2 separate cities. Not one neighborhood.
