I live in Wake Forest and love my swimming pool! I've enjoyed 3-4 open water swims a week . . let's see . . it's free . . no chlorine . .

just one of the many reasons I love WF and wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

it's at Highway 98 . . just before the Recycling Center if you're heading towards Durham.
If you see cars it's probably a triathlete . .it's a popular place for us to launch . .but paddleboarders and kayakers love it to.
If you see a towel hanging by a tree it's me out there working out.
Right now the water is a perfect 77 degrees . . about a month left for us.

I've seen the cars, even first thing in the morning folks taking a morning swim - awesome. Wife and I will be looking into some kayaks soon
