It's everywhere.
A lot of predatory lending going on. Many folks getting their credit ruined by being lured into deals they can't afford. |

I've seen this report being quoted everywhere. Income is only one factor in determining what kind of loan you get. Your credit score looms large in lending decisions, and the report makes no mention whatsoever of these peoples' credit scores. If blacks with equivalent credit scores and incomes are being forced into more expensive loans by the same bank, then I'll get excited about it. The lack of credit score data is a glaring omission.
