Default Pictures of Lee Forest Subdivision in Clayton

I was taking some pics of Lee Forest in Clayton for someone on the board, but I lost the thread of the request.

Anyway, very beautiful neighborhood. Extremely quiet even though there is alot of construction of new homes going up. As I drove through, I saw several families who stopped to wave which was always a pleasant surprise.

Lee Forest subdivision is located off of Guy Rd in Clayton, NC. The builder is Scott Lee Builders, Inc and it looks like Remax is the selling company.

The pictures I took are from my lousy camera phone (sorry about the quality) and they were taking a few hours before the big storm hit so you dont get to see any beautiful Carolina skies. Just a dreary one.

I'm still taking picture requests for Clayton! Just PM me or leave request here on the board! I have several in the album linked below of neighborhoods (KB, Anderson, Centex, Flowers, etc) along with some area highlights.

Enjoy!

I think I was the one you were taking pictures for. Thanks so much for both the pictures and the other other info!! It really helps to see the neighborhood, and I'm glad to hear it so quiet there and that the neighbors seem friendly...

I really appreciate you going out of your way--so nice of you .

I have lived here since last year...........Mr. Lee's trades are hired for pennies, he does not stand by his work or return calls. My home is a nightmare...please learn from my mistakes.

Christine-

Do you mind me asking what the issues are with your home? (Feel free to pm me if you'd like). We've been here for just about a month, and aside from some minor issues, we are pretty happy with our choice. I'm so sorry to hear that you aren't
