Just wondering if anyone had any ideas for our Christmas picture.

We have a one year old and all of our pictures seem to be mom and baby, dad and baby, or just baby.

We'd love to find a spot that would make a good Christmas picture of all three of us. Maybe of a beautiful Christmas tree or decorations....?

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Heard good things about Hillsborough being decked out for Christmas in previous years, but not seen it yet.
Would be interested too.

Homewood Nursery in Raleigh has a beautiful greenhouse full of poinsettias and little photo spots. The best part, it's nice & warm! It's located just north of I-540 between Six Forks and Falls of Neuse Roads.

Homewood Nursery - Rooted in Raleigh since 1967!

You'll probably laugh...but me, wife, and kids were actually thinking of taking our Christmas pic in the hotel lobby of the Hilton Garden Inn in North Raleigh. Their lobby is all decked out in Christmas and they've got a "living room feel" with a dark stained wood fireplace and everything. It almost looked like you can confuse people into thinking the pic was taken at some upscale ski resort or something.

We ended up getting our pic done in the snow...but that was our backup plan.

I hear there's this vagrant trombone player who may be seen at any spot in the area when you least expect it, who may pose for pics with you--that's the word on the street, anyway

Yep, "Vagrant with distinctive headwear." Just take a peek at the complaints on the police blotters.

To the OP, are you looking for inside or outside photos?
I'm thinking with the baby you are thinking inside?

Some great ideas, thanks everyone!

Inside or outside would be okay, since I think it is supposed to be a little warmer tomorrow.

The trombone player would be a nice touch!
