Perry and his wife live in a one of the homes they built (for others) in a subdivision called Granite Falls, off Rogers Rd, Rolesville. They no longer live in their million dollar mansion......so sad they now have to live around us "common folk"

I have been trying to contact someone with Perry Builders for about 2 months now. Would you please send me an email, and let me know if you ever got your warranty work done, and if not, what lawyer did you use?

I am in in the same boat... I have been trying to get a hold of Perry Builders since July of 2008... still nothing... I live in Keystone Crossing... has anyone had any luck?

I was wondering if you every got all of your items completed on your punch list or heard from Perry? I am in the same situation now. I was just looking for a little help.

I am currently in a similar situation with Perry - trying to get repairs made. Have you at all been successful?
