Sounds good to me Aussie. I really like the Aviator, I'm looking forward to some good BBQ and beer.

Apparently Target will NOT be coming to New Hill Place. The only anchor now for the site is a movie theater.

I think Holly Springs bit off a little more than they can chew.

Isn't there supposed to be a new shopping center south of the new Walmart as well?

What I would like to see is a new Lowes (hardware) close by. Going to Beaver Creek can be a PITA....at least until 540 is completed to our side of 55.

perhaps a chils, ruby tuesday.

25$/plate is a tad much around here.

Why is everyone so in love with chain restaurants around here I'd gladly pay more for food that is cooked fresh, and isn't something that's prepared in a factory, frozen, shipped to the restaurant then either deep fried or microwaved!

What makes you think Target is not coming? If you look at the site plan (download PDF) it still shows Target. Also, Lowes is supposed to go in at Pecan Grove shopping center, just passed walmart on 55 going toasted Fuquay but according to a friend who is manager of another Lowes it is on hold due to the economy.

Oh, I'm so sad to hear this! I loved Il Forno and used to have lunch there quite a bit. I hadn't had a chance to go since Christmas, though.
