I think one of the problems with starting a business in Holly Springs right now is the looming New Hill project and the impending arrival of 540 - the town is going to look very different in 2 years so it might be better to take a wait-and-see approach.
Apparently Target will NOT be coming to New Hill Place. The only anchor now for the site is a movie theater.
it was a bit pricey. hope something more reasonable opens there.
perhaps a chils, ruby tuesday.
25$/plate is a tad much around here.
Why is everyone so in love with chain restaurants around here I'd gladly pay more for food that is cooked fresh, and isn't something that's prepared in a factory, frozen, shipped to the restaurant then either deep fried or microwaved!
What makes you think Target is not coming? If you look at the site plan (download PDF) it still shows Target. Also, Lowes is supposed to go in at Pecan Grove shopping center, just passed walmart on 55 going toasted Fuquay but according to a friend who is manager of another Lowes it is on hold due to the economy.
