Who the heck is Aqua, and what are your concerns?

Aqua operates a number of private wells in the area. They bought out Heater Utilities a number of years ago.
Aqua posts reports of their websites from the wells.

I believe all testing is done at the individual well sites. What actually makes it out of your tap could be different.

If you're concerned about quality, you might also want to consider a whole-home filter. I've been planning on installing one of these, but mainly just for the ability to remove chlorine:

Pelican Water Technologies - Pelican Carbon Series Whole House Water Filters

Frank is correct! Aqua makes their reports available. If you are having problems and suspect the report isn't accurate, you should have your water privately tested. That may ease your mind, as well.

The testing of "community" water is heavily regulated by the state. I have performed independent tests on several different systems and never had any problems.

One has to know what they are testing for.
No lab can test for all possible contaminants, or for unknown or unrecognized contaminants.
So testing tends to be for most common known contaminants.
The more contaminants in the test, the more expensive the testing.
