Is anyone familiar with Carolina Lake area? (Raleigh, Cary: buying a house, neighborhoods)

Hello,

Is anyone familiar with Carolina Lake area. How are the neighborhoods around that industrial park (between the lake and Anderson Point park off Poole rd). Is it worth looking in to buying a house there?

im not familiar with that specific neighborhood, but i can tell you that I wouldnt buy something over by poole rd, but thats just me....

I am very familiar with the area but not Carolina Lake...what street is is located on and is it a new subdiv?

And to above poster...there are subdiv and certain areas off Poole that are very nice and hi end custom homes around the Knightdale Hodge Rd area. Some people who have lived in this area for a while judge Poole Rd area based on pockets of it and often how it used to be before the custom homes were built on farm land. It's actually a handy location and easy commute to downtown, W Ral/Cary area, N Hills, Crabtree, etc.
