So you are specifically looking for a pediatric gastroenterologist, right? There are several good ones at Duke and UNC. I know several people who brought their kids to a pediatric Gi specialist at Duke. One of my kids had to see one at UNC as an infant. I am not aware of any in Raleigh. I don't know how familiar you are with the area, but both places are closer than you would think and easy to get to. Both practices tend to have long waits for an appointment with this type of specialist though unless it is a real emergency.

Hey, I just remembered that Duke has a satellite office with this specialty in Raleigh. I think on Wake forest road. Not sure if UNC has the same type of option.
