Found a great new home builder in Raleigh area!
I just found what is going to be the prettiest neighborhood in a great price range and I just wanted to share!!! Its called Oak Park by Keystone Builders. I know there is no advertising on the forum so I don't want to spoil my news by letting something slip! So I will choose my words carefully. The area North of Wake Forest is so nice!!! Almost country... but still close to the city. Just up Capital Blvd in Youngsville. Granted the schools are Franklin County not Wake, but I talked to some parents and they wouldn't trade their schools for all of Wake County. Small town with a Fresh attitude! I am so excited! It seems many people are looking North of Raleigh and trying to stay away from Wake Forest (high prices I guess) and are either going to Rolesville or Youngsville. If any of you get a chance and are curious send me a private message and I will give you the scoop! By the way... Parade of Homes begins soon... you need to check out all of the home builders in the area!

In researching Youngsville, it appears you can get more for your buck along w/land, looks very nice, however I hope it isn't in the sticks, would like to also have the conveniences of shopping and decent restaurants etc. Any more info on that area?

Hello,
I too am planning to relocate to your area. If it is not too great an inconvenience, I would really appreciate some help finding good areas (with good schools) and a good builder.
Thank you!
Frances

Send me an email or PM (Private message)me, I know a number of builders and neighborhoods in the area, I would be happy to answer your questions. I have lived in and around the triangle my entire life. We are currently living in the northern part of wake county in wake forest, but have lived in chapel hill, and southern wake county.
anyhow, shoot me an email.

I have sent you a pm with some helpful info. There are so many wonderful builders in the area. My daughter works for the NC Homebuilders Assoc. in Raleigh, and has educated me on many builders, as well getting to know several myself. When are you planning a trip to the area? If you need me to send you any local info just ask.
Best of luck to you,
Debbie
