I am having trouble locating information on woodfield subdivision in Youngsville, a friend mentioned it, and I have seen it mentioned here. There are lot number listing on MLS, but is there an actual website for the division? Also not sure if there are mulitple builders, belive one may be Blue water builders, but they do not have a site up and running yet. Can anyone tell me where woodfield is located? Thanks

You need this tool:

"Franklin County GIS Mapping Tool" (http://www.co.franklin.nc.us/ROK/mapviewer/viewer.htm - broken link)

Woodfield is located off of NC-98 about three miles East of 401. If you are heading East on 98 it will be on your Left about a mile past my subdivision, which is Spencer's Gate.

Using the tool I gave you the link on will give you lots of information on each lot in the Woodfield S/D. Zoom in on the south-west portion of the county and find where 401 and 98 come together, then pan Eastward on 98 till you see Boxwood Dr., this is the road that makes up the entrance to Woodfield. Then click on "Get Parcel Info" in the lower-right-hand side of your screen, wait for the site to come to rest after loading, then click on the lot of interest.

This will give you the builders name, what he/she paid for the lot, the exact size and dimensions of the lot, the fire district, and so on.

If you have any questions or if you would like for me to go take some pictures of the area let me know. We really love the Youngsville area and all it has to offer with Raleigh, Wake Forest, and Rolesville within a 10-15 min. drive.

Also, check out the pictures I posted in the pic sticky on Braeburn which is near by.
