Default Anyone been to pigeon pointe or woodfield in youngsville?

Trying to check out some houses in youngsville, only went to the area briefly, saw preserves at richland which is partly in wake forest and partly in youngsville I belive? Is anyone familiar with either of these subdivsions and the area?

It is pretty in there. (I guess pretty is relative, huh?) For around 2000 sq ft there are currently homes that are from $180 - $240

Pigeon point is in a good location (maybe 4 miles from richland preserve). It has trees (richland, I believe was built on a field, so not many trees), and the lots are just shy of 1/2 acre to an acre. Close to youngsville and wake forest, which is nice.

They seem to want to make deals out there, as they are offering incentives, etc The builder is denmark construction, here is a link to their website:

Denmark Homes Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

I liked the area much much more than richland preserve

Hope this helps
Leigh
