I am a hardworking citizen, who happen to need housing assistance. So can anyone tell me if the Hedingham community in Raleigh off of New Hope/ New Bern accepts any type of housing assistance. Thanks in advance for any reponses.
We live in Hedingham, but not in the townhomes. Overall it’s a good neighborhood. You get a lot of amenities for the price point and the neighborhood has a wide range of prices. Sections of it can look a little cookie cutter, but I don’t think that’s uncommon for this price point. The HOA fees for the single family homes is less than $50/month. It is more for the townhomes, but not out of line. The condo we had before had less amenities and the HOA dues were higher. I don’t know if you are looking to buy or rent, but I know that some people who have rented from Fred Smith have had service issues.
