How to become a Real Estate Agent?
What exams need to be taken?
How long it will take to study?
How much it will cost?
Who offer the training if needed?
Is the exam standared nation wide, or each state has its own exams?
Thanks

Each state has its own licensing procedure, real estate laws, customs and practices. Some states have reciprocal arrangements that can allow an agent to practice in either state.
Length of study is dependent on the course schedule you select. There are a variety of offerings to fit into a schedule.
I think it is currently 120 hours, but not sure.
Since North Carolina is now an "all broker" state, you will need to pass the class exam and the state exam.
You can get licensed for about $500. You will invest a lot more to be trained and to get into business.
You will need 2 years of practice under a broker-in-charge to be eligible to go hang out your own shingle.

You can also get classes at community colleges.
