Hello, all. I'm thinking of re-locating to Cary and wanted to check job opportunities. I'm an experienced 20+ years in loan closings. Both residential and commercial transactions. It's a high demand position where I currently live and wanted to know if it is pretty much the same there?

I've checked statistics and it appears that Cary is relatively crime free. Is that correct? How is the housing market? I would like to have a home or condo in an upper middle class area - spending around $225-250k. What kind of house would I be able to purchase? And what areas are the most desireable? If I decide on a condo, what are the average regime fees and what do they typically cover? I would prefer not to have a apt. to condo conversion (which is very popular here!).

Thanks.
