Hello Everyone,

My husband and I (and 3 kids) are being transferred to Raleigh via a company move. We have looked in Wake Forest and Raleigh areas online and found some very nice communities in Wakefield Plantation and Bedford at Falls River.

Any tips on these two? We have also seen Heritage online, but are not thrilled with the lot sizes for available homes.

Thanks in advance for any responses :-).....

Both communities have been very successful with a variety of home options.
New construction tends to be on small lots due to the availablility of building sites.
What size lot are you seeking?

Here is a link to a discussion started by somebody else who was comparing these two communities. I think they are both great places to live.

Bedford at Falls River or Wakefield Plantation?
