Yard Drain Recommendation? (Durham: install, roof, love)

I could use one more recommendation from you folks. One portion of my back yard is constantly soggy, due to the runoff from my roof through one of my gutters. I'd love to have someone come and install an appropriate drain from this gutter, out into the yard (happily, my back yard slopes downwards, away from the house).

I'm in the Durham area. Could you recommend someone reliable to do this work? Thanks in advance!
