Default Dental lab tech jobs?

Anybody know of any dental lab tech positions out there? I have a friend who wants to move to this area, and is an experienced technician making dentures/bridges/crowns etc. He's having a hard time finding many labs in this area to contact about job openings.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated!

They have a dental lab tech program at Durham Tech Community College. Maybe you could contact them and ask for advice.

Ive just gone thru that whole bit, im an experienced lab tech and had a rough time of it as well. Most labs right now are not hiring since its summertime and they're all experiencing a slow period. I had many interested labs but only one offer. If your friend is well established and has very good waxing exp. he should apply at Absolute Dental Services. They are looking for someone to oversee their waxing department, very nice lab, nice owners.

I basically went thru the yellow pages one by one.. got about 50 or so labs to send resumes to, and went from there. Remember there is the durham tech school here, so that pushes out dental techs all the time to the area. But for an experienced tech that shouldnt be too much competition.
