Verizon 4G hasn't worked in last week or so Cary and Chapel Hill?
Just wondering - in Cary, the Verizon 4G service started on schedule and seemed to work for a while. Here for about the last week or so, in Cary (over near Apex), and in Chapel Hill, I"ve only got 3G. Seems like 4G has just flat out gone away. Anyone else having a similar issue? Anyone in the Cary or Chapel Hill area getting Verizon 4G this past week?
I'm just trying to sort out if it is my problem, or maybe a larger problem. And before you ask, I am calling them as I type.

It was coming up fine on my phone (a Thunderbolt) yesterday and today. There are pockets where 4G does not come in--perhaps you were in one of those areas?

Ask to see the eNodeB coverage map. I know they are turning up new eNodeBs every night.
Call their customer support and ask for their 2nd or 3rd level support.

UPDATE: was MY phone, not Verizon problem
Called Verizon, they had me turn the phone off, then turn back on. Poof - 4G was back. Ah, the wonders of technology.
From now on, if I have a phone glitch (especially with the Thunderbolt he said), turn it off and do a restart.

where is the control-alt-delete keys on the Thunderbolt?
I like your comment. Now if I could only find the control-alt-delete keys on that Thunderbolt!
