Does anyone know a web site where I can find homes which are owned by banks?
I discovered couple of them from the assessor office, but I cannot find a full list.
I found 2 of them in Wakefield plantation with asking price far below market value.
Does the Wake County Court House keep those records? That is what I have been told to do, also over east of Raleigh we run them in the press so it is possible to find on the Internet. As far as any one web site I can't think of any unless you want to pay for the info, not me.
I have the one for Wachovia, they use a 3rd party company and if you'll stop by any SECU branch and ask for their list of properties they'll gladly give you one. They keep them at the front desk.
Plug the bank name into "Owner" in the Wake.gov Tax rolls search, and see what pops up.
Free...
Awesome.
I was searching by address, then looking at the deed records.
Thanks
