Construction company taking their time to do home repair...is this normal?

For my situation the blowers were left running for 72 hours straight. They had some sort of meter to read and once the 72 hours were up, the restoration company uploaded those meter readings to my insurance company to confirm everything was dry. And, yes my insurance company is covering the increased electric bill from the blowers and the construction.

Thanks for your response. I guess it stands to reason I'm not the first to pose this question. LOL

Our blowers have been going for 72 hours and counting. The restoration company will be back out tomorrow to check the status.
