Talking Wal-Mart Holly Springs

Is anybody else excited about Wal-Mart coming to Holly Springs? I hope they keep on building new stores, perhaps Borders, Costco, Sams, BJ's, etc. I hope we have something like the new shopping centers in Apex, Beaver Creek Crossing, which is going to be huge!

Default Wal-Mart Holly Springs

Yeah, a home depot or lowes would be great!! It would be nice to have that here instead of traveling to Fuquay or Apex.

Lol, do we really need another Wal-mart? Whats wrong with the one at the intersection of tryon in Cary?

What about the one in Fuquay Varina?

Both are not even 10 minutes away.

Whats wrong with Crossroads?

How about we build something "original" for once?

Agreed. I'm very anti-Walmart. I can count on one hand the number of times I've been in there in the last year.

I know there was a huge fight to try to keep Wal mart out. Wake Forest kept them out for about 2 years and then Wal mart finally got in.

I prefer Target. But thats a whole new thread...target vs. wal mart. I haven't been to a wal mart in...about 5 years!!!
