Default Where to stay

We are coming up to Raleigh Labor Day weekend. We want to stay in the city with easy access to downtown stuff. What are some great places to stay? We will probably rent a car one day to drive around.

Thanks!

Hi there! My husband and I were down a few weeks back and stayed at the Crabtree Marriott, very, very nice. Here is the website... Jeannie

We have stayed at the north raleigh hilton when we wanted to have a little time away from the kids! It is very nice, and I think you can get good rates through priceline, etc.

There are some places downtown where you can walk to nightlife and restaurants. The Sheraton is the only one I've stayed in. The Clarion is another.
