Default Legion Hills - Hope Mills

Anyone know anything about the Legion Hills neighborhood in Hope Mills? For some reason, there are ALOT of homes for sale in that one subdivision. Some of the homes look pretty good for the price, and that has me worried that there is a good reason people are selling.

Anyone have any insight??

I don't think much is wrong with it. I've lived there all my life. There's been a few murders, suicides, a lot of break-ins, and a few cars stolen, but nothing out of the usual. It's really a nice place to be, just watch out for yourself. The Bloods and the Cripts are a feature of this lovely neighborhood too. If you have children, make sure they attend South View High School (the best in tha county in sports w/ the IB academy). But, people have just gotten tired of living in the same place. There is no real reason for them moving out.

LEGION HILLS IS THE WORST SUBDIVISION IN HOPE MILLS. ALOT of drug busts, hood rats that run the streets at all hours of the night, and it's quickly turning into a rental neighborhood. Drive through there sometime, you can tell who owns (although very few people own their houses in this neighborhood) and who rents: front yards being used as parking lots, five foot tall grass, trash all over the yard, etc, etc, etc. Oh, by the way, there was a murder there on Goforth ST. two months ago also. I sold my house last month and I am soooooo glad that I did!!!
