i would think that if you advertised on craigslist you may have a possibility of doing so, no matter the time of year. my husband was treated long-term at duke for cancer care & i know that my in-laws rented a short-term stay hotel place for a month. many of the patients may have family being treated at duke medical center or at the VA hospital long-term & may need a furnished place to stay.
