I'm talking about groceries, gas, going out to eat, in general? The part of N. Raleigh I'd be talking about would be 27616 zip.

Some of the restaurants (non-chain) in WF seem cheaper than in N. Raleigh. Other than that I don't see much difference.

As others have said...maybe water rates...but the other stuff....it's the same or cheaper. Gas almost is always cheaper.

You might want to check electricity rates as well. WF is part of an Electric Cooperative, so is Apex. I have heard their rates are higher than Progress Energy's but I don't know that for certain.

I try to time getting gas when I know I'm going to be in Wake Forest. The Sheetz gas station on Capital and the Kangeroo on Hwy. 98 always seem to have the cheapest gas!

Gas cheaper.

Electric less.

We live in 27616 (N. Raleigh).

Are you saying N. Raleigh is less expensive?

Pretty much everyone is saying that Wake Forest is cheaper in some things...the same in others.

North Raleigh has Progress Energy - lower rates than WF co-op.

Sorry I wasn't clear on that point.
