Default Durham/Raleigh Areas - Schools Learning English - ESOL

HI,

Does anyone know of any Universities, Colleges, or schools in the Durham/Raleigh area that have courses where you can learn a trade in the Spanish language? My wife speaks Spanish and is looking to study at a University or College a trade in Spanish. And then go to a school to learn English. Some schools teach ESOL for free to speakers of other languages.

What about jobs for Hispanics that speak little or no english? Factory jobs?

Thanks

Eagle50
