Default Chapel Hill/Carrboro...new construction?
My husband and I will be visiting in Oct. We plan a move at the end of the school year. Any new housing projects in Chapel Hill or Carrboro in the 300K range?

I used to live in chapel hill, and my mom still lives there. There is definitely a lot of construction going up, but I think you may be able to find something outside of the city limits (there is very little new construction in that area surrounding the university) as well as in carrboro.

when i did an mls search, I only found one listing in carrboro for new construction under 300k. I just did a quick search though. PM or send me a personal email if you would like me to send it to you.
