Hi, my husband and I just moved from Zebulon. There really isn't very much in Zebulon and I work in RTP and it took me 45-50 min. to get to work going in late just to give you an idea of the commute to Durham. They are in the process of building a super Walmart in Zebulon and a pretty large home community called Weaver's Pond which is supposed to have a pool and tennis courts. I don't think the prices for the new homes are great for the area but at least it's an indication that somebody is trying to make the town grow so it's not going downhill. It takes about 25 min. to get to Triangle Town Center mall.

does anyone know what is going on that site just north of HWY 64 in Zebulon that has a sign that says new development by KANE ?
