I guess it depends on how you define fine dining too. I love good food but not stuffiness. If you want hoity toity, then Rey's is pretty good too.

Rye's food was not very the last time we went there! I don't mind hoity toity, but the food better be good and it really wasn't. I've had better steaks at Outback.

Second Empireand Saint Jacques. And I would put St j's above the others in terms of experience and quality.

Rey's is nowhere close..can't believe it's even been suggested in this thread.

The last time I was at Rey's was years ago just shortly after Ruth Chris moved. It was good back then. Has it gone down hill?
